JNA Fastrack management troubleshooting is a broad subject matter within our consulting services practice. It can range from a JNA ONE or TWO DAY EVALUATION to a very broad array of consulting and training topics some of which are listed below: JNA ONE OR TWO DAY EVALUATION ( TROUBLESHOOTING/OTHERWISE) JNA has always since 1986 required its clients to participate in this evaluation study. The primary purpose is so that the firm can see first hand what the client company is comprised of and meet its people. And further, to investigate as much as possible in 'one or two days' how the company operates in its many facets and more importantly how it sets up its projects and then manages them once ground is broken. This evaluation may take as little as one day or as many as two days depending mostly on the size of the company being evaluated. Small companies are almost as complicated as large ones but the larger ones have more key personnel and more sophisticated systems that need assessing and evaluating. JNA charges a reduced per day fee amount to perform this evaluation dependent upon its location and complexity. BANK AND INVESTOR SLOW PROGRESS EVALUATION SERVICES JNA has performed evaluation services and troubleshooting for lending institutions when they encounter a project that they are financing moving way too slow and the contractor is full of (he feels) legitimate excuses as to why he can't go any faster. The lender at some point grows weary and may need a service like this from JNA. We simply come in and review the plans and spec's and then visit the site to look things over. This can be done very discretely or with gusto, depending upon the lenders approach. We have been called in on numerous occasions to troubleshoot a failing project for large investment developers that have hired a bondable general contractor local to the area in which the project resides. But the Client developer is national and is not in that area other than to construct an investment apartment project or the like. Even though the client/developer is very seasoned and has one or more of their own people on the project, their people do not have the production management expertise that our firm possesses. JNA charges its normal per day fee for this service. PROJECT TROUBLESHOOTING JNA troubleshoots projects for other unique negative-production reasons that a client may need assistance on. One may be that the client wants to dismiss a key employee for some reason and the client needs some reasons why (specifically) there would be cause to do this. Or, the company may be trying to grow and it is struggling. We have consulted on growth strategies issues with clients that that is the only reason they might need our help. And another more common one is where JNA charges its normal fee per day for this service. Assist Clients to Get Large Projects Using our Credentials We have on more than one occasion, joined forces with another builder, general contractor or developer to use our track record and credentials for a project that they wish to bid on or do, that they could not do on their own. We usually will also provide other consulting/training services as well.
