JNA was founded and organized around the principles and ideas of highly
accelerated construction management and internal organizational
high-efficiencies. The following projects, assignments, locations and project
types, etc. will provide the visitor to this site our company's qualifications.
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE
JNA is a specialty company. Its purpose is to provide its products and
services and other intellectual property to its clients, either via the Internet
or on location with site specific assignments. Our purpose further is to assist
our clients to cut their construction time in half at least.
MISSION STATEMENT
We add to the above our consulting practice mission . In essence, we are
here to help people learn and grow by providing them with new ideas, paradigms,
options and skills that they may not have at the present, in order to help their
individual business become more enjoyable and profitable. Further, we become,
once invited by our clients, a 'cheap partner' in your business. We can be there
at every stage of progress with you, helping you see things our way and getting
you through the tough scheduling needs, manpower crises, site management issues,
and the company's ownership's buy in to the processes, that we call 'Fastrack.'
[This word is our word, and first used by us in 1986, for describing the work that we do. It is not Fast Track
nor is that what we do]. Additionally, we promise to do our very best for you in
whatever we are asked to do.
Lastly, as we are a very unique firm as evidenced by the work we do and our
track record, we hope that you will trust our insights and listen to our advise.
Whether this be in person, on the telephone, through electronic means we know
how to help you to accomplish 'your' mission to yourselves and customers, etc.
Some view us as international experts, for which we struggle to accept, but
whatever the title you give us, we know our business and wish only to convey
what it has taken us literally three decades to learn and practice, making many
mistakes along the way, that will be to your benefit. You will not need to have
a high learning curve with e-partners like us.
