Jack Nieporte has been engaged in building projects very fast for nearly 25 years, with almost thirty-five years in the construction and development industry. He has worked in well over forty states and many foreign countries. He has been called an expert. Fastrack is not Fast Track.

 Fastrack takes a company or project and builds it out in half- the normal (area) national construction time. This is not a piecemeal process but one of planning, organizing and scheduling; then the all important part of management.

Faster is Better...
You have a project to build. You use your normal logic and patterns that your company owners, office and field managers put into place to set the job up, schedule it, purchase the materials and labor to build the project from start to finish, and get the project funding in place to commence construction.
Your normal construction time to construct a house, is let's say 150 days; or to build a 120 unit apartment project, let's say 12 months; or a large custom home with a projected construction schedule of 14 months; or maybe a 100,000sf commercial building, with a normal schedule from the architect of 12 months.
